Our dispatchers are responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of the single truck to the fleet of trucks. This role involves scheduling drivers, planning routes, communicating with customers, and ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time and within budget. The dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact between drivers and clients, handling any issues that arise during transit.
Route Planning and Scheduling
– We create and optimize routes for drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
– Assign loads to drivers based on availability, location, and load requirements. – Monitor driver schedules to ensure compliance with hours of service regulations.

Tracking and Monitoring
– We use GPS and other tracking systems to monitor the location and status of trucks and drivers. – Track load progress and identify potential delays, making adjustments as necessary. – Ensure all paperwork, such as bills of lading and delivery receipts, are properly completed and submitted..
Problem-Solving
– We address any issues that arise during transit, such as breakdowns, delays, or route changes – Work with drivers and clients to find solutions to unexpected challenges.
Customer Service
